CHRISTOPH PACCARD PRODUCT WARRANTIES

At Christoph Paccard Bellfoundries, we take pride in our products and workmanship. Our business is built on integrity, high quality customer service, and customer satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to deliver products that are free of defects and built to the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL WARRANTY

Christoph Paccard Bellfoundries warrants that all of its Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies, subject to normal wear and tear, when the products are used as intended, without unapproved modifications, following all Christoph Paccard instructions and requirements; and when they are installed by or under the direct supervision of Christoph Paccard-authorized installers.

SPECIFIC TERMS

• Christoph Paccard Bellfoundries warrants that all Products installed by Christoph Paccard Bellfoundries are free from defects in material and workmanship.
• Christoph Paccard will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective products without charge if any defects are found during this period.
• Each product’s Extended Warranty is made on the condition that a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) has also been purchased, and that the Customer has agreed to and adhered to the terms of the PMA.

STANDARD AND EXTENDED WARRANTY DURATIONS:

CAST BRONZE BELLS

Standard warranty: 5 years, against damage to the bell under normal usage conditions, f.o.b. the foundry

Extended warranty: 25 years, against damage to the bell under normal usage conditions, f.o.b. the foundry.

BELL RINGING EQUIPMENT

Standard warranty: 5 years, parts and labor

Extended warranty: 10 years, parts and labor

DIGITAL CARILLON INSTRUMENTS

Standard warranty: 5 years, parts and labor

Extended warranty: 10 years, parts and labor

BELL CONTROL SYSTEMS

Standard warranty: 5 years, parts and labor

Extended warranty: 10 years, parts and labor

TOWER CLOCKS

Standard warranty: 5 years, parts and labor

Extended warranty: 10 years, parts and labor

CONDITIONS

Our warranties do not apply to:

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, fire, lightning, flood, acts of God, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of Christoph Paccard.
• Any instruments, supporting equipment, or add-on products installed after the initial installation or purchased from any source other than an authorized Christoph Paccard representative
• An instrument whose serial number has been altered or removed d) Instruments that have been altered with the addition of equipment not manufactured or supplied by Christoph Paccard
• Any backup batteries or backlighting bulbs for tower clocks
• Damage or defects caused by the use of unauthorized or improper parts or service
• Normal wear
• Keyboard console or equipment cabinet finishes
• In no case will a warranty be active until the purchase price and the annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement, if applicable, have been paid in full

LIMITATIONS

Access to, and equipment required to remove defective equipment from a tower is borne by the Customer, and is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty only applies to Customers who have a signed Purchase Agreement with Christoph Paccard Bellfoundries, and does not apply if Products are subsequently sold or donated.

Implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty, and no other warranties, except those set forth herein are stated or implied.
