The high quality of Christoph Paccard custom clocks widely known and irrefutable. The attention we give each of them is that deserved of a masterpiece of art or given by a proud father to his newborn son: No detail is overlooked, and every aspect is carefully observed and addressed. Each and every one of our custom clocks deserves and receives the same amount of almost obsessive care.
The first step in producing
our quality custom clocks is consultation with the client and/or current structure builders and architects. Through a detailed
inquiry, we carefully flesh out the client's vision and requirements for one of our famous custom clocks, designed exclusively
for you. The finished look, function, and size will be taken into account, and if the clock will be integrated into an
existing or building or one in progress, we'll insure similar or exact materials to allow a seamless integration.
The next step is constructing the inner mechanics which will insure the highest level of precision feasible to obtain. We start with the highest grade materials, which won't corrode or degrade over time, and carefully machine the gears, springs and other components to precise specifications. Assembly of these components are given the same level of care, and the finished mechanism is thoroughly tested for smooth operation and longevity of precision. This step ensures the final product will perform well beyond "acceptable standards" and maintain such for the life of the clock.

The next step is the construction of the product housing to efficiently fit the inner mechanics and allow the desired display to be achieved. This also serves to protect the gearing and components from elemental contaminants or corrosion. Although the materials we choose offer an elevated level of protection, no material is completely resistant to the elements, time or contaminants, so the housing offers an ever greater initial line of defense. It also embodies the power supply and any backups that are requested and further protects them from like effects.
The previous steps
are virtually oblivious to the public or appreciators of our custom clocks; aside from the superior precision they receive
from our displays, the inner workings are generally underappreciated. It's what the public can see that fascinates them
so, and so this last step is what seems to carry our name among the masses, which is the outer appearance of the clock
and it's integration with a structure.
Through careful planning and detailed blueprints, we outline the requirements for a structure's acceptance of our product with respect to the client's wishes. If the clock is being integrated into an existing building or one we are constructing, this is accomplished by our qualified artisans. If the product is planned for a building-in-progress, then the blueprints and recommended stop points are passed onto the client's builders and architect, and we work hand-in-hand with them to seamlessly integrate one of these great custom clocks into the structure with the envisioned aesthetic effects for a truly unique, bold and beautiful display of precision artwork.
